What data we receive
- Information you send us. When you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, we receive your contact details (phone number, username, or email address) and the content of your message. When you book through Calendly, you provide your name, email address, and a description of your task. We use this information to respond and conduct a review of your process.
- Website statistics. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, including pages viewed, country, referral source, and device type. This analytics service does not use cookies or create personal visitor profiles.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the website.
To evaluate our contact options, we count clicks on Calendly, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email buttons. Cloudflare stores only daily totals by channel, button placement, and broad referral category. This counter does not store messages, contact details, full page addresses, or visitor identifiers, and does not use cookies for these events. A click does not mean that a booking or message was completed. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this counter. The hosting provider may process technical request data as described above.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising pixels or share data with advertising networks.
- We do not sell data or publish client messages.
- We do not disclose client names or project data without permission.
Messengers and third-party services
Bookings through Calendly and communication through WhatsApp or Telegram are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices. Calendly sends meeting data to the connected Google Calendar and creates a Google Meet link. We do not control how third-party services store this data. If you prefer not to use them, contact us by email.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any subsequent work together. If you do not become a client, we will delete the correspondence at your request.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Email [email protected]. Data-processing terms for a client project are agreed separately in writing.
Changes
If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
